I'm working with different textures and techniques lately. With this piece, I was looking for a vintage screen-printed illustration with a contemporary feel. What do you think?
I think you hit the nail on the head with your intention. I'm looking at that subtle streaking you have all throughout, and I definitely see vintage. I also enjoy how color doesn't remain bound by the contour lines. I believe that, depending on the project, I don't see enough that breaking out of the confines of the line in other artworks by other artists.
